Chicken, Bacon, and Ranch Pizza

So, I have had three things on my mind this week.  Bacon, Quesadillas, and Pizza.  Can you tell from the posts?  Pretty tasty things to have on your mind!

I make the crust for this pizza from scratch, if you would like to click here.  If you're in a hurry, you can pick up a store bought pizza crust.  I did cut a corner and picked up a rotisserie chicken for this.  We love cheese in this house, so if you don't like it as cheesy you can reduce the cheese.  (And then go straight to the nearest ER to be checked.  Just kidding!!!!)  I think this would be delicious topped with some green onions and tomatoes.  You will not see those lovely ingredients on mine because of my picky eaters.  But if it sounds good to you too, go for it!  This is a family favorite of ours!  Hopefully it will be for you too!

Ingredients:

Pizza Crust, baked for 10 minutes
1 cup of your favorite ranch dressing
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bake pizza crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.

In a skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Top your baked pizza crust with the ranch dressing, chicken, and cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden brown. Top with crumbled bacon.

Enjoy!
